日本社会や日本文化を理解するために、日本人が常識的に持ち合わせている日本地理の知識を学ぶ。自国の地理的特徴と日本の地理的特徴を比較して捉えられるようになる。
To learn the knowledge of Japanese geography that Japanese people have in common sense in order to understand Japanese society and culture. To be able to compare and perceive the geographical features of one's own country with those of Japan.

授業では日本の地理に関する情報の提供し、各地方ごとに簡単なクイズを行う。また、ディスカッションによって、日本の地理に関する理解を深める。

The class will provide information on Japanese geography and conduct a simple quiz for each region. Discussion will also deepen students' understanding of Japanese geography.

配布プリント の予習・復習を行う。発表の準備を行う。期末レポートを作成する。
Prepare and review the handouts. Prepare for the presentation. Prepare a final report.

参加:10%、小テスト:30%、試験:20%、発表:10%、レポート:30%(ただし、欠席数がクラス全体の3分の1を超えた場合、クイズは「不可」となる。)
Participation: 10%, Quiz: 30%, Exam: 20%, Presentation: 10%, Report: 30% (If the number of absences exceeds 1/3 of the entire class, the quiz will be “failed").
